I had the deep tissue. Quite painful at the time (as expected) but felt great afterwards. They know their stuff. Recommended.

Booked myself a deep tissue massage to help try and sort out all my gym injury niggles and to generally give my muscles and body a work over.Well the experience was excellent ,but in some areas brutal on those muscle knots .i will return again as i feel it will be beneficial to me being a gym person .Nikki was very good at what she does and didn’t hold back on working out the muscle knots in shoulder area .Thanks Nikki
